Management was rough when I moved here however in 2023 as we got a new apartment manager she has seemingly been single handedly turning this place into a much better living space.

When we applied they didnt tell us that they are infested with bed bugs. And they charge a 295 application fee. Dont even bother calling this place. Its dirty, the office woman is rude, and its outdated.

Were renters for almost two years. Didn't like how there were unchecked ant mounds, roaches of all shapes and sizes, which thank goodness my husband is in pest control, no 'real' enforcing on owners that didn't clean after their pets, always upset with people parking in my assigned spot, and that too had very laxed enforcement. If you're Spanish speaking, then management is great, other wise, be prepared for some broken English-Spanish speaking talks, not hating, just stating facts, as their non-emergency number is straight Spanish speaking only. Speaking of maintenance, good luck with the washer and dryers here. Every other day is broken, just spins, no water or heat, or doesn't drain out properly. And when does it get fixed? Pfff, you'll just have to wait like the rest of them. Then, then, there's the homeless that get lucky too when someone doesn't shut the Laundry room door all the way and you'll get your clothes stolen. Sad part about it, it's to both Laundry room areas. If you like some questionable people living around you, with their unchecked children too, this is your part of town. Had one bad moment with our down stairs, after that, their children threw sauce packs at our window, stairs, door, back patio. Talked with the parents, didn't stop, just got worse. Talked with the office, just got worse. My family and I are glad we moved out, and wouldn't recommend it here again. Though, things might of changed from then, May of 2023, but it left a lasting impression. Good luck.
