DONT LISTEN WHEN THEY RESPOND BACK TO THIS THEY ARE LIARS AND STOLE $1500 AND PUT A FALSE COLLECTION ON MY ACCCOUNT. even admitted it was a mistake but still left me w the collection when I NEVER LIVED HERE. Kim you are a menace. This place is AWFUL. i came in for a tour. They showed me a pretty unit. I then signed the lease. When I came back in move In day they brought me to a complete different unrenovated ugly unit. I never moved in there. They wouldn't give me unit they showed me. Said I'd have to pay another $1000 to switch to still did not look like the unit they showed me. and kept my 1500 deposit. I still never moved in and they put a collection on my account for over $2,000. IVE BEEN TRYING TO dispute this for a year now. I strongly despise Kim she does not care about anyone. The managers are "never there" I heard them on the phone at the front desk to say the manager is not there when she's sitting on her but drinking coffee texting.

Single handedly one of the worst places Ive ever lived. The water wont work half the year, youll pay $400 more a month just in community fees, trash collection, etc. and to top it off theyll send you to collections for your final month utilities when you end your lease with no way to pay before they send you to collections. Stay away from this place at all costs its not worth it.

I've lived here for a little over 8 months and I have 0 complaints! The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean, quiet neighbors, and a great location. My experience so far has been amazing!

I have been at Jade Scottsdale since 2018. Very friendly staff & well maintained mature landscaped property. The newly updated gym is great & there are 2 pools. This location is super convenient to shopping, 101 freeway, hiking & biking. It is a very nice neighborhood to live in.

In a good location near the grocery store, gas station and restaurants. They newly renovated the gym and new mailboxes. They upkeep the grass around the complex. Maintenance has gotten quicker than before. No noise personally but one thing that I don't like is the random water shut offs! Also I wish the package room had more lockers for packages and I wish I was actually able to use the grills but apparently you need to use your own propane tank.
