I also wish I could give this Man Zero Stars, took over $7,500 from me and did absolutely nothing, wasted over a year of my life and refused to fight for child support spousal or attorney fees, all of which my last attorney did fight for and I did get in court. Please save your time money and emotional energy and find a real attorney this guy belongs in Probate or BLM land management definitely not Family Court you will get screwed with this man

My 1st attorney in the divorce was awful and so happy I found John He is an excellent attorney and has a superb knowledge of the law. He is a straight shooter and tells you what you can truly expect. John is also an excellent negotiator as well and a real bulldog. He is diplomatic but if needed he will take the fight to opposing counsel. Not only will he hold the other side accountable but also the court. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and tough attorney John is the guy. Hire him.

I disagree with your assessment of my performance in representing you in you complex family matter. As I can not get into the specific facts and circumstances of your case, I cannot therefore comment in detail. Our office did the best we could with the facts and circumstances in your case. Judges make rulings based upon those facts and circumstances. I cannot control how Judges review evidence and rule based upon the facts and circumstances presented to them. This review is inaccurate and the State Bar does not allow we to reply in detail to this accusation as I would like. What I can say is that attorney's do the best they can with the facts and circumstances of cases that are presented to them. Those facts and circumstances often dictate rulings by Judges that are based upon evidence. Attorney's do what they can for their client's based upon evidence. Judges rule based upon evidence. Attorney's are not responsible for how Judges analyze and rule on evidence in cases. I wish you well in life and hope that you can find happiness and contentment.
