I placed a delivery order for my wife's 40th anniversary, the teddy bear I ordered arrived soggy and wet and the roses arrived wilted, severely drooping and teeming with aphids and mites. My wife was mortified. I ended up just tossing the whole thing in the garbage and going to a florist in person. Never again.

Unprofessional, rude, disgrace of a company I was the maintenance man at a Scottsdale Apartment Complex. The elderly, black haired female delivery driver cussed up a storm and called me various racial slurs and epithets. I have never witnessed such rude behavior in my entire life. All because I didn't cross the street fast enough for her liking! The company owner lied and said that the driver had been fired. 3 months later, she is still the companies only full time driver. If you like lying, unethical people who treat other people like trash , then this is the florist for you.

Worst Bouqet I've ever ordered in my life. Deliverywoman practically threw the vase in my hands and left muttering under her breath. I will never spend my hard earned money with this company again. No doubt it's the same lady that the owner's lied and said they fired, multiple time. Disgraceful.
