I have been a regular here and love Ariana and Fariba! I recently got highlights and Ariana was so great. She made sure my hair doesnt get damaged and eased me into the lightening process . Genuine human being and incredible to talk to. Fariba is an expert when it comes to hair styles and cuts and always is fun to interact with as well.

Not transparent at all about their prices. I chose this salon because I just moved here from California and was needing a new stylist. I had a strict budget of $150 for a partial highlight, as I've been struggling financially for quite some time. I found Rumors in an online search, and on their website their prices were reasonable. A partial highlight is $99 according to their website. My stylist was very friendly however, when I went to check out, the total was $300! All I got was a partial highlight (no cut). You can barely even tell that I got my hair done. The roots are still showing, and the frame around my face is orange. I am not happy with how it turned out, AND for the price. I reached out to the salon and they claimed that because my hair stylist was "more experienced", that I would be charged more(she had been there 8 years). Again, there is nothing about this on their website. I would have chosen to go with a less-experienced stylist, or gone to a an entirely different salon had I know the price would be $300(before tip). The manager was only willing to give me the price of the tip back in return. In my opinion I feel very taken advantage of, and I will not be returning to this salon. Never in my life have I paid $300 for a partial, and its like I never even got it done.
