        The room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom. Dirty carpet. Poorly appointed and very run down.

        STAY AWAY. I would have really enjoyed my stay here (walkable to Scottsdale, super comfy bed, clean rooms, friendly enough staff) had it not been for the open air club next door that blasts music until 1-2am every night except for Mondays. Even with earplugs in and the AC roaring, I can barely hear myself think let alone sleep. Here on a business trip and will be requesting that we lodge elsewhere for all future trips to PHX. I am just glad Im not here with my family. Noteworthy details: Club next door plays loud music till at least 1am every night. Earplugs are not enough.

        This is the lowest quality Aloft I've been to. It's night and day difference between this one and the Newark location in CA (where I stay usually). First of all, it's super noisy. There's loud music through the night, it'll wake you up even if you slept through it. Also the staff wasn't professional. The front desk girl was eating while helping me then blurped in my face, it was an awful smell! Not coming back here again.
