Firehouse doesn't skimp on quality ingredients. The meats, like the smoked brisket and pulled pork, are tender and bursting with savory goodness.

They run hot and cold in this store. Since the staff changes weekly you never know what you are going to get. And maybe, you'll get nothing if you try and use the app. And don't try and contact them because you won't hear anything back. And if you do, well...they just don't care. Update: I was contacted by "someone" from Firehouse (owner, I guess). I will say that it was shocking to get a call from someone. But, in the end, not worth answering the phone. It was the fairly apathetic response I would expect as I never got the feeling my concerns were of any merit. In the end I was simply told there are other Firehouse restaurants I could go to. That's the solution? I'll take it to mean there are other restaurants I can go to...other than Firehouse and I agree.

The worst employees here, so slow its ridiculous. 4 people working can't get 2 sandwiches out because they are chatting witheach other.. Need management badly
