Kim Ross was our Realtor when we moved from California to Payson AZ. Kim treated us with respect and was very eager to help us find the home we wanted.. She was on top of everything, everyday while we were searching. After just 2 days, we were able to find the new built home in Payson AZ. Kim helped us find just the right home in Payson one year ago. Her knowledge of the area, experience in the various communities and developments as well as her wealth of knowledge about the process made her an essential asset to our search and purchase. She spent at least 20 hours with us just looking at the many options and then working through the purchase process. She was honest and provided advice that very few realtors would because their broker's want them to get a deal done even if it is against what the buyer has specifically said. Having sold and purchased over 12 properties I have to say she is the best agent we have ever used. We will use her again and again.
