The 5 series was a blast to drive, the cleanliness, delivery, and the attention to detail is top notch. You need somehting, OTE has your back. They will always be my first choice when I need some spare wheels.

Atrocious experience. The owner chose to harass me after I advised no further contact needed. He also contacted me in the middle of the night asking to pick up the car 12 hours early because it was convenient for him. I agreed and he understood that I wouldnt be cleaning the car and wont be charging it due to this last minute request. He also agreed to refund me half for that day. He shorted me $5, which isnt a big deal. But when I asked why he had given me less than half of a refund, I was advised that he said roughly half which is incorrect. I have proof that he said specifically half. I was then basically called a liar. I blocked his two numbers and ignored his messages and he still found a way to contact me on yet another number. He also left a review for me as a guest that was totally inaccurate. Being a female, being harassed by a full grown man is unacceptable. Disgusting behavior and i do not recommend that anyone does business with this company. Edit; my review remains and will remain. Additionally, my HUSBAND, Cameron was witness and experienced the same woes that I did with this company. Cameron was also an approved driver, so theres evidence of that. Again, my review is legit and an honest review of this company. For anyone wanting to rent with this company; be warned!

Rented the Tesla Model 3 through this company for 2 days. The owner contacted us at 11PM at night requesting to pick up the car early because they had other people waiting to rent the car. We informed them we would be unable to wash and charge the car due to the short notice. They agreed this was completely fine and agreed to refund half a days price because they picked the car up 12 hours early and in the middle of the night. The owner did not provide the refund they agreed to they also constantly sent us text messages over the next several days asking for a good review. When we did not leave a good review on Turo they lied and said the car was returned dirty and not charged even though we let them know we would not be able to do those things with short notice and early pickup. This company has been a nightmare to say the least
