        I spoke with a tax consultant by the name Bob (not sure if he's the owner) he was nice in the beginning on the phone, but according to him I was asking to many "FREE" questions and he said he wasn't going to answer anymore questions and if I wanted to set up a meeting with him then I could. After his agitated tone and rude customer service, I felt it was best for someone else to handle my taxes. This was just my experience, but hopefully those who are ISO a tax expert will have a better one.
