People nag on chains but honestly we have always had such a great experience with the techs from this company. Electricians, plumbers and today David Feldman came to help us out to help us with our HVAC and I don't have any nicer words. He was kind, personable, honest helpful and went above and beyond. It's been a stressful week and he helped make it a lot less stressful. Had similar experiences when we had plumbing and electric issues. Nothing but good things to say

Ryan Morse, with Rite Way, was the tech that came to service 2 of my AC units this morning. I was really impressed with his caliber of workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism.
He was very thorough in checking all the components making sure all were working as they should, explaining to me the process of how each part works as he was doing the inspection with each unit.
He was also very informative and made recommendations to help make the units keep working at their maximum capacity.

Jesus and team did a great job installing the tankless water heater and filtration system. I have an older Tucson home and was able to update shutoff valves and get everything up to speed. Excited to learn more about the capabilities of the tankless model.
