They shut off water random times and expect full rent. No parking and they will tow your car if you park anywhere else.

The apartment management and maintenance staff are incredibly nice and helpful. My problems were usually resolved within 48 hours. I had a good experience here but ultimately decided to leave due to mounting issues. Parking is a nightmare. Also, Because the complex is close to a mountain, we expect wild life but in the past few months its been worse. Packs of coyotes constantly out and about hunting. It use to be 1 or 2 at night but now its a pack of 8 or more running around all day even loose in the dog park. Javelinas too. It makes me nervous walking my dog or when I come home at night. A neighbor was stuck in their apartment because a pack of coyotes wouldnt leave their front lawn. Water turning off and on is still an issue but they are in the middle of repairing old pipes so hopefully in 2024 this wont be a problem. The newly renovated bathrooms are kind of a joke. They sprayed paint in the shower and tubs that stain and chip badly and then youll get charged for it when you leave.crime has also been increasing since we are next to a shopping complex. I really enjoyed my apartment, but these issues for the price isnt worth it.
