Horrible service. They did not switch utilities back into the company name as they said they would and got a collection notice a yr later. Now trying to get ahold of someone is impossible. The phone number says press 1 to continue every 5 seconds and no one answers. This is the worst service ever.

I have lived here for 3 years and this is my favorite home I've ever rented in my 53 years of life. I feel safe and comfortable and I love love love this home! Tons of bright light and windows, 10' high ceilings, granite countertops in the bathrooms and the kitchen. It's ideal for me personally. It's also a huge deal in apartment living when you have your very own building and you don't have to share walls with others. And this property is also very quiet for the most part. This place just got way better in the last few months due to the fact that they now have an amazing, and I mean amazing, property manager on site. She absolutely cares about the property, the tenants, and she does an incredible job managing the property and being attentive to each and every single person. I was recently considering moving out of state but she greatly swayed my decision to stay just by her level of care. Meaning she didn't convince me... She was just being herself because that is who she is. Honestly she made me want to stay here because now I love it even more. My home is my sanctuary and I feel very blessed to have such an incredibly beautiful home sanctuary that is affordable. Home sweet home. Thank you!!!!

I live the location of this place and how clean and safe it is. Located near the base of the Catalina foothills this place is in a prime location. I look forward to living here soon. #thepuddingcreektrestle

Nice apartments, good neighbors but most of all Esa is the maintenance guy. Very talented, very thorough and a very nice Gentleman
