My little family love living here. But I do have one recommendation that I think would be helpful for residents, friends visiting, or deliveries. The numbers on the buildings, if they were somehow lit up at night it would make a world of difference.

This place is amazing. This is the first apartment I will call my apartment home....because it will truly be my home and not just another apartment. I am now a retired Registered Nurse. In my last years, I worked as a traveling nurse and as a result I lived in many apartments. Encantada Rita Ranch stands alone in it's own class. Nothing comes close!! The ladies in the front office are wonderful. Your maintenance guys are great!!

My husband and I moved to La Encantada a little over a year ago and have absolutely loved our experience. We have truly enjoyed the location and the accessibility and close proximity that we have to our jobs. We also have enjoyed the amenities that are included, from the gym, pool, Amazon Locker, movie theatre, gated community, and the complex being 100% smoke free. With the complex being away from the city, I have felt really safe being able to walk to and from my car when I get home late from my night classes. The motion activated lighting makes the complex feel well lit at night and safe. A recommendation that I have would be in regards to oversized packages that don't fit in the parcels. I would love to be able to pick up any oversized packages in the office rather than having to drive/rush to the Post Office after work when they are about to close.
