Great location near downtown with easy access to the freeway. Close to really cool local restaurants, shops, and markets like Mercado San Agustin down the street.

DO NOT RENT HERE! When i first moved in 3 years ago this was a great place to live in. Now its a completely different experience. They continue to up the rent despite the property continuing to get worse and worse. For starters the hot tub is never hot. If it is the jets are not working. The pool used to be relaxing now it is a party place in the summer time. The grill will b out of propane for weeks. Secondly the washers and dryers will take your money and not work and u will not get ur money back, despite being "upgraded" a year ago. A few months ago there was a shooting in the parking lot! People were out at 5am trying to steal peoples cars. Not surprising considering the "security" gate is usually not working and people leave the doors open 24/7. They also charge u $25 for a key fob to the gate that will quit working on u. About a month ago i found roaches and a mouse in my apartment. They left a hole in the wall and a bunch of debris behind my stove when putting in traps. I can hear my neighbors all day and people leave trash and clothes all over the place outside. Kids toys are left all over the place and people do not pick up after their pets. You can also smell the dog park from 20 ft away. The front office is friendly but u don't get notices about extra charges before rent is due. You will think everything is taken care of and then a notice will be put on your door over a week later. This complex has had 3 different managements since i moved in. Seems like it will continue to go downhill and they will continue to up the rent.

The office staff was very nice and the woman who helped me move in was fantastic, best apartment management ive ever dealt with. Edit : This was a 5 star review for the smooth moving in process but Ive had a number of problems since moving in and while the office staff is very polite and nice they do not seem to care about failing you, lying to you or inconveniencing you; between utilities being much more expensive than explained when you sign the lease, charging random fees without warning and the lack of follow through on maintenance calls and requests I am starting to become very annoyed with the service I have been receiving. Often times having to re explain myself to multiple staff members and still not getting a result that is satisfactory They seem to always have an excuse about what seems to be their failure or cite fees being outside of their control and that it was explained upon move in (when it was not) If things do not turn around soon I will have to drop the score even lower which is unfortunate but accurately reflects the reality of the situation and Ive only been here 3 months There are issues with the apartment that do not reflect management (thin walls, outdated appliances, and windows shaking from the very loud stomping above you) (if you have upstairs neighbors) but I am specifically referring to issues that I feel they have dropped the ball on and not offered anything in return They have been mostly very stressful to deal with because of this regardless of being pleasant people in their demeanor

This review is from my experience during the time i stayed with my son to take care of him from a crime that was committed in this apartment complex. My son lived in this complex for 1 year and had renewed for 1 more year, but had to break the lease due to his car getting breaking into and getting SHOT in an attempted car jack in their gated parking lot within 3 months of each other. This all all happened at 5:40 am. On December 6, 2023. He had asked for cameras to be put up and for security personnel on patrol for the safety of the residence after his car got broken into, but nothing was ever done. The last we heard is that they were getting bids for cameras. It's a shame safety is not their priority cause many cars have either been breaking into or stolen. I spoke to a few residents that are unhappy and are waiting for their lease to end so they can move. One of the neighbors just told us her car got broken into 2 days ago for the third time. We also experienced a guy running away from someone yelling at him that he was going to kill him. Not good. Gates sometimes break and stay open for the whole weekend. It gets fixed when staff returns to work on Monday. Side gate is always broken. They fix it when they can. They need to buy a better door. There is no maintenance staff on the grounds after office hours. So if you get locked out or something breaks you have to wait to the morning and sleep in your car. We have a screen on the window that never got fixed. It was broken when my son moved in last year. They hired security for a few hours in the morning, so we were told, after my son got shot. I believe between 2 and 3 hours, not sure. I went out to see if I could see this security person, but I didn't see anybody. I can't confirm they have security personnel on the payroll. You might want to call in to ask. Pets are allowed, and that's great, but owners don't clean after their pets. You see poop on grass and walkways. Be careful not to step on the poop. I do see doggie bags provided, but not all dog owners use them. I'm not sure if anything is being done or if staff notice. Staff is nice and pleasant. I do like them. We were able to break the lease due to the crime committed on their property. As of now, no penalties will be enforced. I'll keep you posted. My son was happy here until this happened. It's a bitter sweet move for him. Wish him luck on his new home. I hope it's better. Safety is a serious matter. I know crime is everywhere no matter the area, but if we see some effort to try to minimize it , it speaks volumes. I hope this review helps.
