This is not a recommended community! If you don't know your renters' legal rights as a tenant I would not move here. BEFORE YOU AGREE TO MOVE-IN OR SIGN ANYTHING FOR THIS COMMUNITY i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PRINT OUT LEASE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!!!!!

Horrible. Pest control enters your house once a month you have to move everything away from the walls. And strangers constantly in your house for something that doesn't even help. Everything about this place sucks. I see people move in and it sucks cuz I know it's too late for them too. Hopefully someone with a sole takes charge of this place. This is where human beings live when they aren't working to survive these price increases. You'd think another human being would actually want to help you. I hope nobody moves in here they turn it into a dutchbros.

Horrible management and community!!! Not recommended for anyone because the way we get service is horrible. If I get late on payment there are fine and restrictions for lease but I need emergency services there is long waiting line in emergency service . I have air conditioning fire yesterday evening and have to call fire department and keep calling management and 9 pm maintenance guy came to look and say they gonna fix by tomorrow at 12 am but maintenance didnt show up . Then I call the office and they said I have to wait whole week to fix my air condition . In this summer without air condition I have to wait whole week to get fix . This is the worst experience I ever had in my life with this management and community!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE THIS COMMUNITY TO MOVE IN !!! If you move in you will get what I m gone through. Thank me later!!!

Renters beware. Current tenant Worst place Ive ever lived in my life. Living here is hell, and affected my health. Just looking out for renters, strongly recommend anywhere else.
