        Terrible experience from to end. Placed in wrong room, maintenance concerns upon move in. Fridge broken, stove inop. Although room was vacant during summer. Plenty of time to fix. Student moved out in May. Although rent goes through end of July. Paid final bill, then received final electric bill for 13 dollars in November.
