Kylie, Thank you for your shoutout to Liz and visiting our salon. Please know that we do not have a receptionist so when we are with clients we do not answer our phones out of respect for the client in our chair. We encourage everyone to leave a voicemail and we can return it when we can give you our undivided attention, we did not have a voicemail from you. But let me just say that I cannot even explain the emotions I had when reading this review, as a mother myself I commend you for protecting your daughter. Whether she is a new client or a long time one, that was not an appropriate conversation for a business and I apologize to both you and her. Let me also say that some things may have been misunderstood and some of those accusations are not correct, I do not employ people of that nature. Even still, I am not discounting the severity of the conversation and it is being addressed. We value professionalism, it is extremely important to me how my salon is being represented, I try my best to listen to what is being said around me but at times am busy with my own clients and miss something. I also want to apologize to your daughter if she did not feel heard in the chair regarding her hair, that is our job. Leanna is a skilled stylist that has worked on and off for me for 23 years, sometimes we make mistakes and it appears that we have here. I want to thank you for your honesty, I value our clients and their experience and this helps me to make improvements moving forward.
