Every clerk I've ever encountered at this Metro location is so thoroughly knowledgeable about phones that I ask, "Are you the owner of this store?"

Marlene was very attentive and helpful with my problem. I've had nothing but problems with metro stores and 611 and gotten the run around for a month and a half. It was a great experience that someone really helped me and try her best to accomidate me.

Will absolutely never shop here again. My husband went in to return a phone today that we purchased for Christmas that was defective, and before even asking what was wrong with the device, we were told we couldnt return it because we didnt know the name of the sales person who sold it to us or exactly what day we purchased it on. The woman working didnt even bother to attempt to help, she basically didnt feel like doing anything so we took a $300 loss over an iPhone 12 that fried 3 chargers and continues not to work. Shame on you metro, you were my go to for prepaid service. Get some employees who value their job instead of miserable ones.
