        I brought 3 numbers from TMobile to transfer to Cricket. I worked with Nicole, who had a lot to do for us, but she was knowledgeable and polite. The only problem was is that we did not get one of the Cricket phones that was free with our promotion. However, after going back to the store the next day and letting them know, Mello/the store assistant got his supervisor/Dom on the line to get everything corrected and adjusted. I appreciate everyone who helped get our phone services started.
