        Horrible experience. Single filer tax prep with No complicated issues, no itemization now, took 6 weeks to prepare and cost 650 dollars. Used Charles Charvoz who explained " their prices go up annually, and said that payment plan could be arranged" Really??? I have never in 55 years, paid more than $350. Pathetic, and frankly, CRIMINAL. Please consider your much better options, carefully.

        It is horrible place, the manager there is very mean. Hard to believe if manager is so mean, how can she lead a good team.
