Austin McCallister is the owner of McCallister HVAC LLC.On 12/21/2023 Mr. Mc Callister came to my office for a freeinitial consultation regarding his 2023 income taxes. He providedno personal or tax information to me. I gave him a list of basic information that I need in order to set up his tax file. (last years tax return, list of dependents, address, social security numbers etc.)On 2/20/24 McCallister sent me an unauthorized e mail with his profit and loss of his business. (This is all the information I have ever received from him.) I tried to call McCallister several times explaining that I need much more information. I was unable to leave a message, and he doesn't check his caller ID, he never returned my calls.On 2/26/24 McCallister called my office demanding the status of his return. Again I tried to call McCallister with no results. On 3/5/24 McCallister send me a rude email demanding an answer if he would get his taxes done on time. Due to his lack of cooperation and his rudeness, I told him I would not be doing his taxes. Subsequent to Mr. McCallister's negative review, he has admitted that he lost the list of information request and he was sorry it took him so long to get back to me.
