I HIGHLY recommend Settlers West, We worked with other builders in the past and Settlers West Is by far more professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Our home is in the final stages with no issues or changes needed so far, this is a totally custom home that my wife and I designed. Andrew and Gabe along with the team they have, communicate well with us whether its by Text, Email or phone. I want to thank them for what they have done for us. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

We had a great experience with Settlers West Home Builder. We were nervous in the beginning because weve never gone through this process before, but Andrew answered all our questions. He even took the time to show us a home that was in the process of being built so we could see the quality of the home. We very frequently texted or called the team and would get a response even in the evenings and weekends. The process does take awhile from start to finish, but I rather have things done right, than fast and mistakes made. All the trades did a great job. When we told Andrew that we had to be out of our current home by a certain date, they worked very hard to get the home completed by then. We are very pleased with the way our home turned out. In addition, the entire team was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. We would use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Highly recommend them, our home is in the final stages and we couldn't be happier. We worked with other builders and never received the attention I received like I did from them. Fast response when I need them, whether by phone, email or text. They are building a custom home that we designed with no problems. Gabe and Andrew will be building my next project!!!! Great job

I just have to say I have so much love for the folks at Settlers West. I have bought and sold many properties but this was the first time I built from scratch and we bought a piece of land with an incredible view but the buildable area was limited. They produced a home for my family that used all of that buildable area at a price and quality that can not be found elsewhere. It took me a while to get used to the flow of a new home build (which happens in waves) , of course I wanted it to be done yesterday, but they finished on time and really went the extra mile to make it what we wanted. They even added some things we didn't pay for and I just chalk that up to their work ethic as a family business, Thank guys. No one else could have built the perfect home you did. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
