      image I AM AN AVID PATRON AT THIS LOCATION. RECENTLY, I EXPERIENCED DISRESPECTFUL AND MEAN SERVICE FROM AN EMPLOYEE. I IMMEDIATELY SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ON DUTY, WHO WOULD RELAY THE COMPLAINT TO HER BOSS. THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, I CALLED THE LOCATION AND SPOKE WITH THE GM, ADAM. ADAM WAS AN EXCELLENT LISTENER, AND ATTENTIVE TO MY COMPLAINT. THE GM AND I CAME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT. UPON ARRIVAL, I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY A CORDIAL COURTESY GENTLEMAN, ANTHONY. ANTHONY WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT AND A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! ANTHONY (PER ADAMS REQUEST), EXUDED THE SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE GIVEN DAILY! ANTHONY SHOWES ATTENTION, NOT JUST ME BUT EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WAA PRESENT. THANKS TO ADAM, ANTHONY, AND FRANCISCO FOR SUCH AN AMAZING DO OVER!! BONUS FOR ALL!!..WELL DESERVED!!
