I ordered flowers for my mother who is ill. The order was placed and was expected with same day delivery. The flowers never arrived to the hospital. Ive been calling and also sent text messages to the number on the website but no answer. I am unable to leave any voicemails due to both mailboxes being full. I also sent a contact request on the website and no one has reached out. Very disappointed at this point. Someone needs to reach out to me regarding a refund. Thank you.

Normally, I understand with flowers, that the picture can be different than what's actually delivered. But the flowers that I paid extra for today were embarrassing. This is what I got vs what I ordered. It was originally $71, I paid the premium $131 to make sure it looked good.

I recently bought flowers for my mothers birthday. I buy her flowers every year and, of all the flower shops Ive used over the years, The Green Room delivered the prettiest and longest-lasting arrangement. The owner was also very polite and friendly when I asked for a custom design! I got the best value, as I found it very affordable for the type of arrangement we received and the delivery was right on time. Best flower shop in Tucson, AZ and will definitely use them again!
