I had to ask for fresh linens and the room had trash left from the last visitor.
The person that "cleaned" our room, must have had sticky fingers because we had items missing and never to be found.
They really should hire staff that cleans the room with a better background.
Sad, but true story

Stayed April 5th 1 night on our way to TX. The price was reasonable and now I know why. Old and needs updated. Room so small, no room in bathroom. The plus was it was clean. Outside small pool n jacuzzi was surprised it was outside.The front desk staff helpful, friendly. Breakfast was good choices of cereals, eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries. Apples and fruit cups, yogurt. Coffee very weak.
Safety: Felt safe there.

Good night's sleep in north Tuscon. Suite was spacious and a fair price. King bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed was nasty. We also found someone else's dirty sock under the couch. Ew. Breakfast was tasty, one of the best best western breakfasts I've had. All of the staff members were super friendly.
Rooms: King bed was comfortable, and the pull out bed was nasty and gross.

This is about the company. Not a certain property. I was told I could price match. I did. Found a way better rate with free cancellation too. Got denied by some fine print that the lady on the phone left out when telling me about the price matching procedure. This will be the LAST time I stay at a best western property. Yes I spoke to someone. Our policy is wat it is. And on the phone I was told I need to brush up on it too since I didnt know if either. Yes the problem solving department said that to me on the phone tonight at 1855 Tucson Az time. They admitted to me they dont look or read the policy. WOW. But they sure do enforce it when I found a way better rate. NOT COOL. I WILL POST THIS EVERYWHERE!!!!!

Location! Location! Location!
Very close to I-10 hwy. Clean room. Nice complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff.
