All the staff I interacted with over 3 days seem to care. Such a nice thing. Even better, I overheard staff being nice. So, this staff guy is setting up breakfast at 4:30AM. A customer asks him if there's a bagel he can have, even though breakfast hasn't opened yet. "No, here's some coffee you can have that I just made, but I haven't made the bagels yet. Wait, let me look. There may be a day-old one in the office that I could give you."

I stopped on my way from Texas to Sacramento CA. I spent $307 to sleep. I was disappointed that the mini fridge didn't work so all of my food I transferred in was spoiled. I woke up to a warm bottle of water, and the ice machine was broken! Ugghhh! The check in clerk was very kind. I got a $50 discount from being a AAA member, better discount than my company. Always purchase AAA it pays for itself! Rooms: The room was very clean and updated. Barely any toilet paper, but got a new roll at front desk. Safety: I was able to get on the first floor and could park my car outside of my hotel window.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Friendly staff, extremely clean common areas/rooms, spacious rooms, Good breakfast, very updated. We had a few mishaps with our reservation during our stay, but the customer service was absolutely unmatched. We will definitely be staying here when we visit again.
