WARNING! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I went in November to get my phone screen repaired ($217) Chris told me it would only take a couple of days and 2 months later nothing was done. I constantly called with no answers. Hed call back with excuses weeks later. I gave him the benefit of the doubt in attempt to fix my phone. It never happened! I went to the business countless times but it was closed every time. Now I had to file a police report, I filed with the Business Bureau and filed a law suit. I wish I would have read the reviews before trusting this business. A News story is now in the process to make sure the city of Tucson doesnt fall for this sketchy business scams.

I called the number for screens plus, Chris answered the phone and told me just to come on and no appointment needed. When I arrived at the store, Chris advised me that vandals had damage the electric box outback. However, even with no power, Chris was able to use his tools to clear a problem with my charging port and his portable charger to check everything. After a soft reset on my phone everything started working again.best of all, when I asked Chris how much I owed him, he said nothing because I didnt replace or fix anything in your phone. Not only did I get great service, and get my phone repaired, Chris was nice enough to explain to a new resident like myself, points of interest and the best lakes for me to go boating. Before I left, Chris was nice enough to tell me that his cell phone was on 24 hours a day so if I had any questions or need anything I could just give them a shout. WOW, now thats great service !

stopped by to get a battery and screen replacement on my iphone 12, chris hella cool and finished in about 15 minutes, also threw in a free case and we was chopping it up, definitely coming here every time
