I placed an online order for something "in stock ready in two hours" that day I called and they said it would need to be shipped to the store. I cancelled ...Three months later they call and say "you're order is here!!" I say no it was supposed to be cancelled and refunded.Weeks later no refund.. now I have to deal with corporate to get a refund.In person experience is garbage as well.. three people on staff socializing not helping customers and low stock. Drive the distance to any other location!

My daughter was having trouble with her eyes and we needed some good quality sunglasses. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find the store closed when they should be open. Another customer had left a note by the door showing their frustration as well. There was no note saying why they were closed.

Amazing experience at the La Encantada location in Tucson. She helped me narrow down to two pairs, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Def coming back
