Mr. Button's is a very friendly, down to earth gentleman. He doesn't say things just to hear himself talk or sugar coat anything. He tells you exactly like it is. I found this very refreshing. He knows what he's doing. Mr. Button's has had a conversation with just about everyone at the Tucson IRS office. He says he has a good working relationship with everyone. And I believe him. When he takes on your case - he takes it on right then and there. If the IRS is giving you ulcers - call Mr. Button's. The problem won't have gone away completely, but at least you know your case is in good hands!! He will take care of everything!!

I came to Mr. Buttons with a convoluted mess of a tax situation complicated further by a stressful IRS audit (complete with intimidation, threats, wrongful seizure of tax return monies, and freezing of bank accounts). Prior to retaining Eric, I worked with two local CPA’s to reach a resolution (neither of whom made any headway), finally in desperation I went searching for someone with the acumen, knowledge, and skill to handle the audit and make the nightmare end! I had almost given up hope of ever getting justice and was certain the odds of seeing a refund from the IRS was nonexistent. After retaining Eric, he immediately had the IRS release their hold on my bank accounts and, in relatively short order, managed to completely resolve ALL of my tax issues. As I type this, I am staring at a letter I received this morning from the IRS containing confirmation of resolution as well as a check refunding everything. I have no doubt that had I continued without Eric’s help I would still be fighting and miserable. If you are looking for a tax attorney/CPA you cannot find anyone more versed in tax law and more capable of forcing the IRS to follow their own rules than Eric Buttons and his team.
