The service writer Brandon it was very helpful. Our truck got in the shop pretty quick and within 2 hours they knew what the problem was. Problems with the DPF filter is not usually easy. Located the problem replace the parts that went bad and got us back out on the road. Very good shop

If there was a negative star rating, this facility would receive 5 negative stars. My truck was towed into this facility due to DEF derate to 5mph. On day one, I was given an estimate for engine injectors and a fuel filter, which has nothing to do with why it was towed in. After sitting over the weekend, they came up with 'no idea' on what was wrong. One or two days I sat in line, waiting to be put back in. It has now been 2 full weeks sitting here. They've replaced the DEF wiring harness, both knox sensors, and now will be replacing the One Box. I came in today, 2 weeks later to be told, go and pull into the lot, we'll get to you in about an hour. It has been 3 hours and noone is touching my truck. Due to their incompetence I have missed hometime where I was to attend State Certification and now I may not make it home for Easter. There is no communication from the service writers, and when you go in for an update, they treat you like a third world citizen. As I write this review I am still sitting here at their mercy. You would think that after they squeezed over $19k out of me that they would get me in and out.

After 1 week of calling, the call never went through because it looks like they forwarded to a automatic system

Very professional and polite people in the service department. Comfortable drivers lounge. Right next to a pilot truck stop
