Just bought a purse three days ago for $50 and the buckle is already falling apart. If I didnt live 45 minutes away, I would be returning it. Over priced, cheaply made.

Karen the Store manager is a passive aggressive NIGHTMARE. SHE Totally disregard anyones condition or situation with a 100% accurate lack of empathy. She is very aggressive and she is a monster in a passive aggressive sense. I I dont believe that she will be holding that position for much longer. She is very fake, she frowns behind her smiles, and Lacks love in her life. I hope and pray she finds love not just for herself and but for other people around her. I highly recommend nobody works under this tyrant of a store manager.

I went in today to the Tucson Mall location and I worked with someone named Unique and also one other girl briefly. I will say that this was probably the best shopping experience I have had in years. I truly appreciated the help in getting different sizes and their expert opinions in what other cuts of outfits might fit better on my body. I dont have a great sense of style myself, so I truly appreciate it when people genuinely try to help me put together an outfit for a special occasion. I ended up buying a skirt, body suit, blazer, and some accessories. Not only was the customer service really top notch and kind..:but I will also say that the materials of the things I bought felt well made. Also, affordable. I dont often go shopping, but I got everything for around $100 and I am very happy with my experience. This was my first time in this store, but I will definitely be returning. Best shopping experience I have had since pre-covid.

First time in and the associate helping my nieces was Unique she was very helpful. My niece loved a pair of sandals that were discounted and couldn't find her size. Unique checked the stock in the back and they ended up having her size. It was a great experience will definitely be going back!
