Had shower back up and toilets not flushing. Chad came out after hours, worked for over an hour l. The clog was in the pipe almost to the street. He his high power pressure hose and blew out rhe clog. He was professional, efficient and very reasonable in price. Any future plumbing issues, he will be my go to person.

Can I give them 10 stars? I have had ongoing backups for a year, and I've had at least 10 plumbers here. Chad finally found and solved my problem. I'm glad I got a second opinion after I was quoted almost $7700 by another company to dig up and repair "broken pipes." Chad showed me on his camera that there was just a lot of grease build-up in the pipes, and they just needed cleaned. I saw the after pictures, and he was right. He saved me $7000. He also found and fixed a problem where the cast iron pipe met the pvc outside my house. I'm so relieved and grateful that someone took the time and fixed this ongoing issue. Andrew came out with his assistant Pablo and quickly identified the problem. Even though Andrew was the more experienced one he gave his assistant Pablo a break and did all the work. He put in a new regulator and replaced a leaky fitting in what seemed like 15 minutes. Pablo did shovel one scoop of dirt and he looked excellent while he did it so 5 stars all around. 10/10 would recommend.
