Worst management ever. I tried to get my oldest child a place here because we were told there were available units. So we flew down from Illinois to Fayetteville to do some apartment hunting. We left messages stating how urgent we were looking amd mo response. This place won't even bother answering the phone or returning calls. And it wasn't until a month later the manager answers the phone and it seemed like he was not right. He could barely answer questions or seemed like every question was too difficult to understand. Such as - how much is the deposit, do you allow pets, what's the parking like, is there on site laundry hookup? He would just talk in circles like he just got the job that day. Completely helpless and clueless. I don't recommend this place at all. If the manager can't even hold a conversation on the phone then I'm sure his tenants are suffering from month to month with that kind of poor leadership and management. Prayers for the tenants because the manager clearly has never managed anything before.
