- decent rent - good location Con: everyone drives way to fast in these apartments so becareful if your on bicycle or kids playing outside. This is why I gave it 3 stars

I really like this place. The single apartment is plenty of space for one person, especially for the price it is. My rent is cheaper than anyone I know. The maintenance is on point, if you request in the morning they'll be there that day, in my experience before lunch. There are quite a few families here, a lot of children playing outside in the afternoons. The appliances are definitely older and smaller than I'd like, but since I don't use the oven much it's not a big deal. The area has a lot of trees and is really nice to walkabout. Also a lot of outdoor cats that like to be pet! We're very close to the train tracks, it's annoying to hear it pass by late at night. I haven't experienced any crime or heard anything sketchy since living here, except one vandalized car very recently(based on the paint, someone didn't pay their dealer). Overall, this is as good as other much more expensive complexes I've lived at. Very good deal for the price
