Parking is unreal. Anybody is allowed to park in front of your apartment, in your space, which causes tenants to be forced to park elsewhere. When carrying in groceries, in the rain, this is a big pain in the azz. In order to have a parking place in front of your apartment, a medical sign is needed. Otherwise, it's not guaranteed that you will have a spot. I have gone to Management about this problem. A home care aide that has repeatedly parked in the tenants of my buildings spots, after being asked not to 4 times, is still parking in tenants spots because Management told her it was ok. He knew about the problem, and instead of just telling her to park elsewhere, he told her she could park anywhere without a sign!! after she went to him complaining . I pay rent here, I live here and a 20 yr old is allowed to park In my spot!! This is a Sr Apt complex!!

Awful place to live. Nothing like being in the shower and you hear a noise in your apartment and you freak out and almost call the police. But it turns out to be Richard the landlord just snooping through your house completely unannounced. Im so afraid to be at home alone anymore. The landlord makes me feel violated and triggers my ptsd
