Paradise View Apartments

Used to live here and i Worked from home. The maintenance guy would just bust into my apartment and wouldnt even let me open the door after him knocking ONCE.

Used to come to this complex a lot to buy...basil....from a guy that lived there. He imported and grew great....basil.... I agree with the other reviewer that said to make sure to clean out lint traps and run dishwasher and stuff like that before you get moved in because the "cleaning fee" that they automatically take from your security deposit no matter what, for sure doesnt go toward any deep cleaning.

Retraction on previously shared post/review. I thought SHAR was the Manager and everything seemed wonderful here, because Shar was delightful, and made the entire property come to Life. A year later and now I have been exposed to the reality that Samantha is the property manager and she is lifeless and rude and now everything seems dead and gross and intolerable. A property is only as great as its management / representatives!

Lived here for two years and dont plan on leaving. Samantha is awesome and so is maintenance. I do wish updates would follow the rent increases, but other than that its a perfect place to call home.

Regardless of other reviews, my experience with this property has been nothing but positive. They have taken care of all repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up. It's quiet. The only problem I have is with other residence that cannot put their trash in the dumpster. They leave it next to the dumpster. Management is very nice to me. I have no issues at all
