        Me and my girlfriend went here today because she wanted a bagel. This was prolly one of the worst experiences I have every had at any restaurant in a long time. We set in line for almost an hour, we got our coffee in ten minutes. I got a Carmel creme cold brew and she got a chai latte. It was the worst coffee I have ever had, the milk or creamer or whatever they used taste expired, and Carmel didn't taste right. My girlfriend said her chai latte tasted the same way. The bagels were okay I got the Texas Brisket one they are advertising and it tasted sour but it wasn't terrible. My girlfriend got one with avocado in it and she says it tasted unripe and rotten at the same l, she said it looked rotten as well. It's safe to say we will never be coming back here.

        The man working the drive through on March 27 2024 at 9:17 AM was very polite and one of the best drive thru experiences I have ever had. You are lucky to have a worker like them. I'd say they deserve a raise and promotion! Top of the class. Sandwiches are good too, but the customer service made it better.

        I ordered an egg sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was really good, and the service was very good too. The hit on the overall rating here is because of the coffee. I used to work at an Einstein Bros. for close to a year, and have been going to various Einstein locations for most of my life. This was the worst coffee I have ever had from an Einstein Bros. Normally, it is delicious. I got the vanilla hazelnut, and it was extremely weak, and tasted like it had something foul in it. The dark roast was also very weak. I love Einstein Bros very much, but I hope they figure out their coffee problem.
