Ordered a room via 3rd party. 3rd party didn't state that there is a 25 dollar incident fee that is needed to be paid at the counter before check in. Avid chooses what 3rd party sites that can offer better rates. Avid not responsible for making sure the 3rd party website are updated with current and all correct information. Due to this discrepancy of the 3rd party website having outdated/wrong information. I was lacking the 25 dollar fee needed to check in. Avid refused to let me check in. Avid staff tells me to contact igh for a refund they refuse stating they arnt liable for 3rd party misinformation and refused to refund my money. Told me to contact the third party site and of course you can't get through. Like they don't exist. IGH needs to take responsibility and keep their 3rd party partners up-to-date and in check. Thanks for stealing from me. I appreciate your service.

Elizabeth was at the front desk. Helpful and cheerful. Everyone kind and responsive. Super clean, fresh room design, perfect bubbly water dispenser, excellent coffee fresh ground and brewed in the lobby, gluten free cheerios and fruit in the morning. I liked this hotel concept a lot. I never use a pool or hot tub and am thankful not to pay for them. I wish the streaming on the TV worked. They said it will be fixed soon. Clean, new showers with soap dispensers. No tub to overflow or waste water. The rooms have no cupboards or closets to forget things in. Instead, they have hooks and lots of flat spaces to lay out my suitcase. So smart! Nearby activities: All the hotels in Fayetteville are in the same area. 5 minute drive to the university. Planet Fitness is a walkable 5 minutes.

Really liked this hotel. Very practical, the room smelled fresh and looked clean. Plenty of hooks to put ur stuff on and cubicles to place stuff. Has a microwave but no coffee maker which is ok cause in lobby they got a 24 hour coffee bar!! Made me smile. There was a night light in the bathroom and all the dove products were full!! Breakfast is fast, grab and go. Breakfast sandwiches with biscuit, egg,cheese and sausage. It was ok. Grabbed a banana, muffin, and a granola bar and I hit the road with my fresh made coffee. Will stay there again.
