        I came here mainly because of the high reviews TULA has been receiving. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We were met quickly by our server who was very polite and professional, he made the dinner much more enjoyable. I started with the Ceviche which came with chips. It had quite a bite to it but was very good with great flavors. I then had the Cochinita Pibil - slow roasted and marinated pork shoulder with beans and habanero sauce The pork and the gravy it was in was once of the best dishes I have ever had at a restaurant. The pork was so tender, the marinade was incredible and it was a sizeable portion. I cannot say enough about this. The beans were fairly bland and the habanero sauce was way more than I could eat. My wife had the Arroz a la Tumbada, a paella style seafood medley and it too was very good and a sizeable portion. I really wanted to try a dessert but I was just to full at this time. I am not a tequila fan, but the drinks were ok. We really enjoyed our dinner here.

Each letter in the name “Tula” represents the family names of the four founders, who came together to create the town: Topete, Villaseñor, Lazcano and Arreola.Like the town, Tula is about coming together. It exists thanks to the collaborative efforts of many individuals, including talented chefs, artisans, designers, and consultants. Tula thrives thanks to the Fayetteville community and guests, who gather around our tables to enjoy food and each other’s company.Staying true to our name, the space, branding, and many of the menu offerings are inspired by Jalisco, the coastal state where all tequila comes from.
