Awful service. Waited over an hour for our food and never got while the tables who sat down after me got their food almost immediately. Will never be visiting this place again.

I am very disappointed! I went to JJs on Dickson last week and ordered the fish and chips. It was some of the best fish and chips Ive ever had! I ordered fish and chips tonight (less than a week of ordering from JJs on Dickson) from the location on Steamboat and received some of the worst fish and chips Ive ever had! The fish was barely battered, dry and rubbery. The pieces of fish were significantly smaller as well. I ordered on line and asked for 2 regular tartar sauces and received none. I realize there are different cooks at each location, but thought they would be more consistent. I will not be returning to this location

I REALLY, REALLY ENJOYED the band called Sons of Turner last week as they were outstanding with their performance and I will definitely be back to see them again.like WOW!! The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious too.the only downfall was the wait staff took 20 minutes or more to come take my order after I was seated by the hostess and I had to get up and go ask the hostess to send wait staff to my table.

Sat on patio with service dog and was repeatedly asked by staff and managers to confirm dog was a service animal and not emotional support in which I verified. They asked what his job was for and for papers although you dont have to present them. Was watched from back door the entire time. Made the experience unwelcoming. Service was decent but overall would not return due to disrespect.
