John was awesome to deal with! I had a leak in main drain pipe, right before all this freezing weather. I called several other companies and all I got was gatekeepers telling me they didnt know when they could get to it. When I called Hansen, John himself answered and actually walked me through the fix over the phone. Highly recommend John!!

I called asking about coming out to fix some frozen pipes. I explained the issue and they told me they could come out at noon. About 20 minutes later he called me again and asked more questions and walked me through what I could do in the house to possibly fix it myself. I was able to text him pictures and he helped me get my water working again all over the phone! Very kind and patient man just wanting to help.

I needed a gas heater installed in our greenhouse. Called up Hansen showed up with an estimate in one day. Called them the next day and they showed up the following day and did the install in one morning. But the new heater I bought was defective. I went and got another heater and Hansen showed up the very next morning and reinstalled the newer new heater Thanks Again Hansen

Weve used Hansen Plumbing twice in the past few months and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time was when our water heater went out and today was for a leak caused by a worn out garbage disposal. Both times John and Cody arrived exactly when they were scheduled and were friendly and professional. They completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and the price was more than reasonable.
