We highly recommend Rhonda Balmer. She worked so hard and was so patient to help us find our new home. We were very hard to please but she kept trying to find one for us that filled all our wants and needs. We made an offer on one that we didnt get because the seller chose someone else. Then we kept looking off and on. We were not in a big hurry so we decided to do a new build. That one did not work out because the inspection revealed a serious problem and she helped us so much in getting our deposit back. We started looking again and in a couple of months Rhonda sent us a house she thought would be perfect for us. It was! We are so excited to move into our new home that is even better than the one we had waited to have built.
