Me and my son wanted an apartment at this place and our income is enough to pay for a 2,000 rent . Well we are black and my son is such a sweetheart well all was good until she met my black son, all a sudden we cant get the apartment because she claim she found something on both our report but didnt say what it was. And well I feel my son was racially profiled because he is a black man and 27 . Well now my son is getting ready to be a police officer . And we found us a very nice apartment for 1,500 a month which is more than what they had for 800.00 a month . Well now Im not mad for this witch for turning us down. Who had the bad credit now it show aint us!

I did an application with Fox Glenn early 2023 and me and my sons income is 6000 a month together. We both had average credit scores never have I been behind on any rent. My son is a good young man hes 27 years old and he loves to work but my spirit wouldnt sit right with her if Fox Glenn why would it take a whole week to do a background or credit check on us I gave her a check to hold the apartment and we paid the application fee, which I never got my fee back. she knew she was not gonna let us have that she played games with me and my son and I feel like she racially profiled my son she never called me. I had to call her almost 2 weeks later about the apartment then she gonna say oh Im sorry but Im not gonna be able to rent the apartment to you and I asked her why she never told me and I said I need something in writing why I cant get the apartment. Ill send you a letter in the mail. I never got it later. Im still curious and I called and told I needed something first. She said come up there and get it then she said, do you have an email? I said yes, two days later I got it . saying that my credit score wasnt high enough and my son credit score was very good. I was kind of angry at first, but my son when he went to go pick the check up that she had on her desk because she told him that he can come and get the check that we wrote her for holding the apartment, he said when he went inside the office, it was too old white lady sitting at the desk and the manager was sitting at the desk and he said when he went in, they gave him a funny look like they were scared of him and it really pissed me off and I told my son dont worry about it baby. God bless us with some better, Im glad she didnt rent to us because all the negativity that I hear about the place I dont wanna be there anyway they lucky a tornado didnt come through and take everything down. God dont like ugly I feel like my son was racially profile because hes a black man. I really feel like shes racist and she have certain ones that she wont there but Ive been deeply thinking about getting in touch with someone and filing a complaint against that place. we good people. All my children are good even though they grown you dont mess with gods child. I feel like she do a lot of undercover dirty stuff and take peoples money but if she wouldnt gave me my check back for holding that apartment or we wouldve been in court I found it funny that you wanted that deposit before I got approved that was my mistake. I never know nobody to take your money like that before you get approved for an apartment they normally ask for after you are approved, that was my big mistake but if she wouldnt gave me my money back theyve been in court and Ive been fighting with the bank for fraud. She seems to be dirty, but she taught me a lesson when she took my check before I was approved to get the apartment, she never was planning on letting me and my son have a place she has a fake smile and evil behind it whoever owns the place out there she needs to be replaced and maybe one day she will I feel like its also for old people, elderly folks that like to gossip and talk about you behind your back and get you in trouble cause I heard some bad things about that as well thats not for me because Im a woman of peace and I dont like trouble anywhere that I have ever lived promise you one thing my managers aint gonna say nothing but good things about me. And my son. God has better plans. she gonna keep on playing with people the right one gonna come along and they gonna get them..leason learnd

I moved into some apartments after 1 month of the apartments being built from the ground up, brand new and high tech. Then I moved right out because of maintenance unlawfully entering my apartment like a predator and poor management. I finally found Foxglen and it has been a breath of fresh air, friendly management, clean neat lawns, peace and quite. I have loved my stay and very sad to go but I have took a job in a different state. If my new job sucks, I will be back reapplying at Foxglen....
