Grace and Leslie are the best. They go above and beyond for this residents. I love living here! Sheree was very helpful in the moving process as well as being there to sort any issues with the apartment. Really great management! Ask for Sheree when you come!

I have been a long time resident of Park Avenue and we have had some ruff patches over the years. The current team has turned everything around Grace and Leslie are so nice and professional! Britton and Gustavo will get your service request completed timely and efficiently. Great team.

I would like to express my gratitude to Chris, Leslie and the entire office staff for their amazing support during the event that I had at the clubhouse. They really went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that the turnout was fantastic. It's clear that the team at Little Rock's Park Avenue Lofts is not only professional, but also incredibly friendly and helpful. It's rare to find such excellent customer service and I truly appreciate all that they!!! Keep UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Love living here. The team really works with you and they dont mind answering my trillion and one questions that I always seem to have. I see myself living here for a while. Target and dollar tree, along with other stores are walking distance. Pretty quiet and I love that I cant hear my neighbors next door. Very spacious, 10/10 would recommend!
