        worst apartments ever. maintenance doesn't happen (only 1 maintenance person for 126 units). The manager is the worst. she is never in the office, never answers the phone, and generally doesn't care. she also thinks that modifying the lease at the owner's discretion is legal. how is this okay? if i could give this dump a 0/5, I would.

        I dont recommend this place. Its rat infested constant leaking and flooding in apartment anytime I shower or wash clothes. Always new management buying and selling the place and they only have one maintenance guy trying to complete every maintenance issue. Stay clear from these apartments
