If I could get them zero stars I would! From the moment me and my boyfriend moved in the head lady in the front office was already racist towards my boyfriend . Saying he doesnt look like he belongs here etc . She made it etc hard on us giving us write ups for absolutely no reason then when I went up there to ask about them she was never there . So finally after a year of living there my lease was going to be up in may she found a random reason to get us kicked out in march . She lied came to my door sniffed it and said someone in my apartment pulled a gun on her but I have video footage from my ring door bell that none of that occurred what so ever besides her coming to sniff my front door ! Then a couple months ago my boyfriend moved to these other apartments come to find out its carringtons sister property . I was with him for 2 days before I moved into my new apt after she kicked me out carrington and she was trying to find any reason to kick him out just fit having me in his apartment . But never once did she say I was banned from the property so Im confused why she was trying to call the police on my boyfriend and have me kicked out of his apartment as well . Then he has our dog that hes been paying the fee for since he moved in she tried to also use that as a reason to kick him out as well what do we pay the pet fee for if your going to try to use it agasint him and kick him out!? I do not suggest moving here ! If you are biracial or black ! Jane is her name i believe and she will make it so hard on you then find a reason to get you kicked out! I was warned about her before i moved in and i wish I wouldve listened! These apartments are over all not worth it! Your paying for the area you live in because these arent worth $1200! They have bugs bad ! Maintenance is rude and never comes to do the job! The apartment is poorly put together! Over all dont recommend!

I've been here for about a year and so far I have loved our apartment. The maintenance team works quickly and they are a cool bunch of people. The office staff is very friendly and plans events for the community. The only downside is slow internet speeds but that seems to be an AT&T thing.

Do not rent from these people. I paid to have the apartment cleaned before I moved out, they still hit me with a cleaning fee of 80 dollars. I was not going to pay that because it was not right and they were just trying to find ways to charge me upon moving out. Of course they turned it over to collections. I had a utility bill in with the rent that I tried to pay after I moved out but the only option I had was to pay the utility and the cleaning fee. I lived here for two years and there is a reason there was moving trucks in the complex every weekend , and not just one. Do your homework on this place before you decide to move to this rip-off place.
