Potbelly

I should have kept it simple with a turkey breast with cheese sandwich, but I had to test the waters with the Mediterranean from Potbelly. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the sandwich looked fantastic with fresh veggie ingredients; I couldn't wait to eat my heavy sandwich in my car, but apparently I'm not a fan of the hummus and artichoke combination because I couldn't taste the chicken. I only ate half of the sandwich and disgarded the rest. I plan to visit in the future, but soup or a simple sandwich will be my next option. Parking: I had no problem locating a parking spot because the parking lot is large and shared with other stores.

I visited Potbelly's a few days ago and had an issue with a food item. The manager Cynthia immediately corrected the issue to ensure I was taken care of. I appreciate her actions and it's this type of customer service that makes you want to come again. Thanks Cynthia. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, casual dining atmosphere

The worst sandwich Ive ever had. Soggy bread, taste was bad. I couldnt eat it. The man that took my order had attitude . Impatient. I wont go back
