I absolutely love the Dental Staff. I have dental anxiety and they calm my nerves on every visit. I also like that I have the same dental hygienist so I don't have to get use to someone new every visit.

Heather is such a kind person and she makes me remain calm, even though going to the dentist used to be stressful. She is gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth. I never dread going for check-ups. Thank you for all you do to keep me healthy.

They always disregard my concerns. I have a growing abscess and they still choose to do nothing about it even after they sent me to the Endodontist who went on vacation right after he performed oral surgery. Gone for a whole week.Instead my dentist have me playing the waiting game when I know how my body feels. And this isnt right. First, they made my crown too big and it set up an infection then I had to get a root canal and now Im back again with a gum abscess and all the dentist did was give antibiotics and sent me over the Endodontist who performed my oral surgery..first time ever getting stitches and then days later the gum abscess is still there. I couldnt call the Endodontist bc right after my surgery they was gone on vacation. So I called my dentist told them the abscess was still there and HONESTLY THEY WAS NO HELP! I never felt heard until I spoke with Chastity when they made my crown too big. And now its the same thing all over again. They wont listen and instead told me to wait it out 3-4 weeks just because I just had oral surgery knowing a gum abscess wont get better over night. I dont think I ever received the proper care. This been an on going issue that doesnt seem to be getting resolve at all. I still have an infection and treatment is delayed. I will be changing to another dentist.

My 16 year old had 4 wisdom teeth removed at once today. The assistant told me I could not be in the room to hold my daughters hand. I pleaded with her to reconsider. She spoke to the dentist and they let me stay in the room. They were so gentle and attentive to my daughter. Very pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I started getting signs that I was about to pass out from the anxiety I had. My daughter was cool as a cucumber. She has Halclon 1 hour prior and laughing gas the entire time, cool as a fan. I, on the other hand, learned the hard way why parents are recommended to sit in the lobby. Anyway, as I stumbled to the front, I called my husband to take my place and hold her hand. They alowed him to stay no questions asked. The front desk offered me water and commended me on how long I lasted in the back before I tapped out. Sweet ladies didn't even laugh at me, as I made jokes out of my pitifulness. My daughter was done in record time. She walked out minus 4 teeth plus one smile! She is not traumatized at all. Maybe if I had a dentist office like this when I was a child, I wouldn't have PTSD from dental procedures. Anyway, I am so very grateful for every single person who works here. I didn't see any staff my color (not to say there isn't any) but the warmth and loving spirits I felt and was shown made me feel like I was family. And that warms my heart. P.s., I wasn't even asked about my $200 balance that was due upon service rendered, I asked to pay it after my faint spell was over. (I'm sure they would have asked but they cared more about my well-being first.) From an African American mom who is new to Arkansas and has experienced unsightly treatment from medical professionals, I Thank You All.
