NOT WORTHY OF EVEN A STAR but google didn't allow me to post otherwise. Do you need a competent attorney to work on your case, professional assistant to effectively and efficiently respond to calls, communicate concerns and/or messages with the attorney as well as have excellent follow through/promptly communicate with you??? If so, then do yourself an ENORMOUS favor, save yourself from a potential nightmare and find another law firm! In short, here was my experience. I contacted this firm for my divorce last October. After a short initial phone consultation and full payment was paid, I NEVER heard back from the lawyer. I've made countless futile attempts to get in touch with Destiny. Each time, the assistant gave me the run around and innumerable excuses stating, "she is out of office, don't know when she'd be back or able to get in touch with you, is too busy, she's on vacation, she's in court all day every day, etc." Essentially she was too busy to work on my case but not to busy to promptly take my money. That went on for 6 months!!!!!! I had to immediately hire another lawyer and demanded a refund on my trust account. After much HELL, unprofessional demeanor and remarks from her assistant I was given a FRACTION of my payment. Destiney had not even started on the divorce. Yet I was charged $1,100 of my payment to pay the receptionist/secretary for taking phone calls at an attorney rate of $250 per hour. That said, if you want services that you've paid for AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
